Small Business Subcontracting
As a small business prime, T&H is not required to submit a formal subcontracting plan for this procurement. At the same time, as a small business we understand the value of bringing small business partners onto teams for initiatives such as SeaPort-e. Small businesses often are able to respond most nimbly to new or changing task requirements. In addition, the flat organizational structures typical of small businesses allows for cost efficiencies.
For this reason, T&H has established a team that includes small businesses with the collective capacity to support SeaPort-e tasks at the highest level of integrity while maximizing small business participation. As summarized in the following table, our team includes numerous 8(a), SDB, HUBZone, Veteran Owned, and Woman Owned firms.
