The Lynn Aminzadeh Employee of the Year Award

T&H first recognized the achievements of its employees via the Employee of the Year Award in December of 1998. The awardees are selected by the Executive Team that identifies the employee(s) who have had an extraordinary impact on the Firm for the given year in areas such as:

  • Leading and mentoring other employees above and beyond the employee's position requirements;
  • Delivering measurable value and results for T&H and/or our clients in the face of very challenging and sometimes crisis situations;
  • Being viewed by his or her peers as THE "go-to" person in a highly specialized or technical area and delivering thought leadership for other staff members in that area;
  • Implementing cost savings and/or cost avoidance measures that result in increased company profitability;
  • Playing a major role in the development of winning proposals;
  • Conducting business development activities that result in new business for T&H; and
  • Being recognized by a T&H client as a valuable asset that the client MUST HAVE on his or her project in order to ensure a successful project.

Award recipients receive the following package:

Keegan Brooks is the 2013 employee of the year. She delivers IT and management consulting services to the Department of Housing and Urban Development; in addition to serving as a member of the Project Management Office that manages business development efforts under our GSA Alliant contract vehicle.
