T&H focuses on three principle drivers of Supply Chain excellence and uses them across the entire Supply Chain: Increasing Velocity, Improving Visibility, and Controlling Variability.

  • Increasing Velocity focuses on the suppliers' ability to deliver products and services to end-users as fast as or faster than competitors and the ability to reconfigure the Supply Chain strategy and operations in response to changes in the market or supply/supplier conditions.
  • Improving Visibility centers on the ability to monitor, control, and change the Supply Chain strategy and operations from supplier to end customer. Visibility includes the customers' ability to have access to information to determine order/initiative status on-line.
  • Controlling Variability works to improve on the ability to continuously monitor and improve planning and forecast accuracy and reduce the impact of unplanned events on the Supply Chain. Variability also includes measurement of the quality of the total Supply Chain.

T&H has experience in dealing with many of the current issues and trends in the logistics arena such as quick response, just-in-time procurement, and vendor quality assessment.
