T&H's ERP services include expertise in SAP, the recognized leader in ERP software solutions. We are experienced in employing the AcceleratedSAP (ASAP) methodology as a means to implement various SAP software suites including the SAP R/3, SAP APO and SAP BW software suites.

This ASAP approach integrates Strategic Planning and Management components such as methodology, tools, services, and project-related programs to support an efficient implementation of SAP software suite. The methodology that T&H employs consists of the following strategic phases:

1. Project Preparation - The Project Preparation phase consists of project goal definition, scope clarification, organization establishment, and project schedule definition and program management documentation.

2. Business Blueprint - The Business Blueprint phase includes research and analysis, and the creation of the detailed documents resulting from requirements gathering workshops. These workshops include analyses of current methods, policies, and procedures and business process analysis.

3. The Realization Phase - The purpose of the Realization phase is to implement business and process requirements based on the Business Blueprint. Included in this phase are configuration management and system specifications. The Realization phase consists of completing final preparation, including test coordination, test analysis and documentation, and project team training.

4. The Go Live & Support Phase - The purpose of the Go Live & Support phase is to move activities from a pre-production environment to a live production operation. This phase includes implementation support. In addition, system transactions are monitored in order to optimize system performance.
