Case Studies: Intelligence Community - ProcessMax

General Description of Effort
On the ProcessMax Task of the T&H CMMI contract, the T&H Team provides training, help desk, web development and consulting support to the 800 Intelligence Community Users of ProcessMax, a tool which will help an organization or a project become CMMI Level-3 compliant. The T&H Team conducts bi-weekly user and monthly admin training, builds webs for various organizations utilizing ProcessMax, and provides consulting and help desk support to the user community.

Customer Benefits
The Directorate of Engineering Organization at the Intelligence Community utilizes the Active Repository in ProcessMax to track Action Items, Meeting Minutes, Risks, and Defects. In addition, they enforce discipline by utilizing the document version control features of ProcessMax. This eliminates the problem of having several versions of the same document. ProcessMax provides Ground Truth to an organization.
