One of our hallmark civil projects is in support of the Department of Housing and Urban Development HOPE VI Grant Program. HOPE VI is designed to demolish obsolete and dilapidated public housing units and to rebuild viable, sustainable, mixed-income communities, thus improving the quality of life for citizens. HUD has entrusted T&H to deliver management, programmatic and technology expertise to HOPE VI Headquarters and the Nation's largest Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) since 2002. T&H's support provides Congress, HUD, and PHAs with timely, comprehensive and accurate information on HOPE VI developments to ensure that many of our worst neighborhoods are being transformed via HOPE VI as planned.
