Company-Paid Short-Term Disability Plan

Short-term disability benefits are effective the first of the month following the date of hire. T&H pays 100% of the premium for short-term disability insurance for all regular, full-time employees. The benefit provides 67% of weekly salary, to a maximum of $1,000 per week. Benefits under this plan begin the first day after an accident and on the eighth calendar day for an illness (including maternity claims). Benefits may continue up to 13 weeks.
