Medical Insurance

Group medical insurance is offered through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. T&H pays the majority of the premium for all regular, full-time employees and their eligible dependents. T&H offers three plan options for employees based in MD, VA, and DC: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), a Point-of-Service (POS) Opt-Out Plan, and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Employees located outside the Washington area may select from either a PPO option or a POS Opt-Out Plan.
