Employee Benefits Overview

T&H recognizes that employees have different needs when it comes to benefit plan designs. We take pride in offering a comprehensive benefits program designed to attract and retain our valued employees while responding to the needs of a diverse work force.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance becomes effective on the first of the month following the employee's date of hire. The employee's portion of health care premiums are payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis.
