Our Contract Vehicles
Maryland CATS and CATS II
T&H is a master contractor on the State of Maryland Department of Budget & Management (DBM)'s Consulting and Technical Services (CATS) and CATS II contracts. CATS provide State agencies, as well as non-state agencies such as county governments, with the flexibility of obtaining consulting and technical resources quickly and efficiently by issuing Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFP) or Requests for Resumes (RFR) specific to its needs. T&H's CATS II Master Contract runs concurrently with our CATS I Master Contract, and will replace it upon its expiration date of December 31, 2010.
T&H is qualified to support CATS in thirteen (13) primary functional areas. The functional areas are as follows:
