State of Maryland - MBE Certified

Maryland enacted the State Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Program in 1978, which was the same year the Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program was enacted. Both the MBE Program and the Federal DBE Program are generally referred to as the MBE Program. Both Programs are goal based to achieve a percentage of MBE participation on State issued contracts.

T&H entered the MBE program on October 2, 2000, which will remain in effect as long as T&H meets the MBE certification requirements. We are approved to offer services in the following areas.

• Management Consulting Services - Information Technology
• Management Services
• Business Consulting Services
• Computer Programming Services
• Computer Integrated Systems Design
• Data Preparation and Processing
• Computer Related Services, NEC
• Business Services, NEC
