Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (The Authority) - DBE Certified
The Authority's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program covers contracts that are funded in part or
in whole with federal dollars. This program provides opportunities to firms who meet the federal eligibility
standards for DBEs. The Authority must comply with Department of Transportation regulations in 49 CFR Part 26,
when certifying DBEs. The management and daily business operations must be controlled by one or more of the
socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who own it.
T&H received DBE certification on April 8, 2002, which will remain in effect until April 8, 2005.
