Thomas & Herbert CVP LLC

T&H is committed to providing high quality services for the Public Housing market and the company has proven its value by delivering a range of services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the District of Columbia Housing Authority, and the Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia, since 1998. T&H supports one of the Nation's largest Public Housing Grant Programs, HOPE VI, which improves the lives of citizens by replacing distressed housing with mixed income housing. On behalf of HUD, T&H supports over 200 Public Housing Authorities, all of which are HOPE VI Grant recipients, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, DC, and Atlanta Housing Authorities.

In April of 2008, T&H formed a wholly-owned subsidiary, Thomas & Herbert CVP LLC (T&H CVP LLC), to support the Chicago Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Program. The Housing Choice Voucher Program is a federally funded program through HUD, which assists very low income families in renting housing in the private market. The Housing Choice Voucher Program is available Nationwide. In June of 2008, T&H CVP LLC was engaged by the Chicago Housing Authority to assist in the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program, and to dramatically improve customer service via business process and information technology improvements. T&H CVP LLC is partnered with Quadel Consulting Corporation on the project through June of 2011. T&H CVP LLC employs nearly 60 Chicago-based employees who have years of experience supporting the Chicago Housing Authority and other Public Housing Authorities.

In April of 2009 T&H CVP LLC began support of the HCVP program for the Miami-Dade Housing Agency (MDHA) in Miami, FL. T&H CVP LLC employs over 20 Miami residents who support the program.
