Dean Sims Biography

Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Sims serves T&H as its' Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Under his leadership T&H delivers repeatable technical and business solutions across Federal and Commercial clients. Mr. Sims has successfully deployed enterprise level Federal Systems and Network solutions to cabinet level agencies and Fortune 50 Private sector firms. Mr. Sims serves clients in the US Air Force, HUD, Army, DHS, Treasury, classified agencies and state organizations. He supports enterprise modernization planning and execution through the delivery of Enterprise Architecture; Strategic CPIC and modernization; BI reporting, mining data stores to establish new techniques in predictive risk management; providing grant's management interfaces with Public Housing Agencies nationwide; routinely supplying reports to the Congress, GAO, and OMB; and supplying systems and policy development services. Mr. Sims has over 25 years of experience leading enterprise IT, business and risk management and modernization operations. In 2007 Mr. Sims' EA work was ranked as number one in the Federal Civil Government by OMB. He offers experience establishing and operating Strategic Enterprise initiatives, Risk Management Strategies; Process Re-engineering; Enterprise Business Systems Implementation; Development; Quality Methodologies; CRM; Network & Computer operations; Team Development; Federal Earned Value Management (EVM) Cost Controls; Call Center Management; Change/Configuration Management; Training and Public Speaking.
